Michael Percy has been flying weight shift control since 1990 and is the world’s most experienced Cygnet pilot and instructor.

He is an FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) for Airplane, Weight Shift Land and Weight Shift Sea, an instrument-rated private pilot, a published author of flight training articles, an FAA-certified and a Rotax certified repair technician. He and his staff of CFIs provide year-round full time training for Sport Pilot and Private Pilot in land and sea trikes and airplanes from their XL FLYING training centers in Florida and Texas.

XL FLYING is the official training center for Cygnet and Explorer L103 amphibious trikes.
